Delete my data
BallvsBall has no accounts and no server. Everything the game knows about you is in one save file on your device. Deleting it takes a minute and needs no request to us.
Option 1: in the game
- Open BallvsBall and tap the gear (Settings) on the Home screen.
- Scroll to Your data and tap Delete my data.
- Confirm twice.
The game deletes all progress, balls, cards, stars, coins, gems, decks, Workshop levels, achievements, tasks, free spins, tutorial progress, play statistics, the sound settings, your birth month and year, and the record of which Terms and Privacy Policy version you accepted. It then starts again exactly like the first launch: splash, the age screen, the Welcome screen, the tutorial.
Option 2: uninstall the game
Uninstalling BallvsBall removes the same save file (Android deletes an app's private storage with the app). Reinstalling starts fresh.
What is left afterwards
- With us: nothing. We never received any of it, so there is nothing to delete on our side and nothing we could restore. If you email us about deletion, we will confirm this; we keep support emails only as long as needed to answer them.
- "Remove forced ads": this one-time purchase is remembered by Google Play on your Google account, not in the save file. You can bring it back with Restore Purchases in Settings or the Shop. To remove it from your Google account, see Google's purchase history controls.
- Google: the technical data collected by Google's ads SDK (IP address, device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics) is held by Google under Google's privacy policy. To limit it: on Android go to Settings > Google > Ads and reset or delete your advertising ID; use My Ad Center; or contact Google. Your Google Play purchase records are in your Google Play account.
Still have a question? Email support@zentorogames.com. Parents and guardians can use the same address to ask about a child's data (we hold none) and to confirm deletion.
